Yes, GEMMA products are warranted for its quality, material and standards. You will get a warranty card with your package and products will be same as described on our website.

Is that made of pure silver?

Yes, GEMMA only produce silver jewellery. All our jewellery products displayed on our website are made of pure silver. We do provide 925 Hallmark on all our jewellery by Bureau of Indian Standards.

What are the diamonds used?

All the diamonds used in GEMMA jewellery are a 5A Quality Cubic Zirconia or Swarovski as available to time. These diamonds are best in quality and with brilliant cuut. These diamonds are used in different shapes in different pieces of jewellery.

Is that polish get fade?

If the jewellery is used with due care polish will not fade early. you will get a care instruction guide with the product to know how to use the product to make its life longer.

Can I get my name/quote on products?

Yes, We do engraving on all products including watches as per customer's requirement. You can get names/Quotes on rings and bangles of your choices.

How measure my ring/bangle Size?

We do provide assistance in finding your ring/bangles size. there are different methods available in our ring/bangles size finder guide, by which you can easily find out your sizes. This size guide is available on our website and also on product pages where size required.

Can I exchange if size doesn't fit?

Yes, there is option available to get exchange of sizes if it doesn't fit or you don't like the product.

Can I place order on Cash on delivery (COD) basis?

No, you can not place order on COD basis, This service is not avalable with us.

What if the product I received is damaged?

You need to inform us immediately on receipt of product about damage on email at support@gemmaindia.com. You will get complete replacement of the product without charge.

I didn't receive any confirmation of order?

Please check your email if you provided in your order If the email id is correct do let us inform about it by email at support@gemmaindia.com. we will provide your the confirmation on email.

Can I check the product on COD delivery?

There is no COD Available

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders placed can be cancelled before delivery. However, you also have the option to change the product before dispatch. To change the product please write to us at support@gemmaindia.com that you want to change the product.

What certificate I will get?

All of our jewellery products are 925 BIS hallmarked and GEMMA also provides self certification on it. Other products are only warranted under terms and conditions of GEMMA.

Do you provide warranty card?

Yes, you will get a warranty card with all of our products where warranty applies.

Can I get customized design?

Yes, you have the option to customize any of our design available on the website. This customization can only be done for TEXT engravings only. No change in basic design will be available in customization.
